This is a perfect high fiber snack for afternoons
Makes about 25 Balls
Ingredients:
- cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of water
- teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 250g dates
- 2 table spoons of peanut butter/almond butter
-3/4 cup of cocoa powder
You can add coconut/raisins/cranberries
Blend all ingredients and roll into balls
Dust a airtight container with cocoa powder, when all balls are finished, seal and shake
