Stay warm & keep it fresh

This is a easy winter warmer SWEET potato dish with lots of nutrients and fresh ingredients

" you can even add beetroot and carrots NO MORE FRIED CHIPS - your kids will ask for this yummy dish instead"


4-6 Sweet potatoes (add carrots/beetroot) cut it up and put it in a oven dish

Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt, cinnamon, ginger maybe even some fresh rosemary...

Drizzle grapeseed oil

Stir or shake to mix - put on the lid or foil

In the oven it goes

Bake on 180 degrees for about 40 min

take of lid for 20 min and....

and "VOLLA" easy as "CHIPS"

Serve this dish with chicken or steak even fish add some steam broccoli and you have a easy winter warmer dish packed full of nutritious foods!!!
