Rooibos, apple and honey sugar free gummy"s

This is a great healthy alternative to sugar loaded gummy's. it is quick and easy to make and can be a nice family activity.

- 2 cups of rooibos flavoured tea (brewed}

- 2 table spoons of honey

- 60 ml clear gelatine

-Heat the tee and the honey on the stove top in a medium size pot

-Add the gelatine, bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes until gelatine has melted

-Pour into silicon moulds

-Refrigerate for at least 6 hours

-Pop out of silicon moulds and keep safe in an airtight container.
