Start off 2019 with embracing wellness!

Let 2019 be a year of great nutrition! Make small healthy changes!

As mom's we can add healthy alternatives to our family's food and lifestyle.

Here are some ideas:

- NO to juice and YES to good old H2O. Don't forget the importance of water. 80% of our bodies consist of water, we need to drink enough water. Try drinking a glass of water in between meals everyday.

- YES to adding more vegetables to meals and lunchboxes. Vegetables have lots of nutrients and is packed with fiber.

-Buy your fruit and vegetables at farmers markets. You will stay in budget and you will taste the goodness in the fresh farm produce.

-Eat more fish. This will aid to weight loss and will help with blood circulation.

-Take a 10-20 min walk everyday. Take this time just to breath. It lowers the risk of heart disease.
